Ruck Run

Join Camp Beauregard MWR and Louisiana Army Survivor Outreach Services for a Ruck to Remember special event on May 30, 2026. Participation is free but all attendees must be preregistered (this includes children and spectators/ supporters).
100% ID CHECK at the gate for ages 16+
5K Ruck – participants are encouraged to weight their ruck with canned goods which will be given to Gold Star Families in need at the conclusion of the event. Alternately, you can ruck with weight plates and just drop off your canned goods at the check in table.
1 mile walk – family friendly/ stroller friendly. No pets allowed with the exception of registered service dogs.
